ADITYA SHRIVASTAV / PRODUCT OPERATOR
I’m Aditya — a founder turned product operator. From building an auto-services business to shipping AI products, I turn messy workflows into things people can actually use.

Revenue: a conservative estimate of annualised contribution, using ₹1.15Cr ARR at Yunay plus the lower end of Demo Hub’s reported ₹24–30L monthly revenue contribution at RentOk: ₹24L × 12 + ₹1.15Cr = ₹4.03Cr. These milestones come from different periods; this is not lifetime revenue collected. Genie and property-website revenue are excluded from this estimate to avoid possible overlap.
Growth: 30% is the average month-on-month growth across products. RentOk’s tenant KYC redesign reported about 40% MoM; the AI vertical’s separately reported growth is 20–25% MoM.
Experience and products: building since 2018; 20+ products across my career. Revenue and growth figures are based on my résumé.

01 / SELECTED WORK
Two products built around the moments where work usually gets stuck.
An onboarding management system connecting bookings, migrations, exports, and operational handoffs. So the next step doesn’t get lost between teams.
The problem: A booking is only the beginning. Migrations, exports and handoffs can leave teams working from different versions of the same story.
The approach: Connect the workflow and make the next action easier to follow.

A pre-sales booking tool with lead capture, scheduling, rescheduling, and a team dashboard. Less back-and-forth between interest and a real conversation.
1,500 demos booked. 200 converted to paid customers.
The problem: Promising leads lose momentum in the back-and-forth of booking and coordinating with sales.
The approach: Bring lead capture, scheduling and the team’s view into one flow.

02 / AI-powered websites
A better first impression. An easier way to explore a place and make an enquiry.
03 / AI that moves the work along
Agents that understand the context and help people move forward.
Qualifies what someone needs, recommends relevant properties, and guides them toward a visit — across the channels they already use.
I need a place near my office.
BOOKING AGENTWhich area, and what budget feels right?
Sector 62. Around ₹15,000 a month.
Captures complaints in a WhatsApp-style conversation, gathers the context, and routes the next step so the issue can reach the right team.
The tap in my room is leaking.
SUPPORT AGENTLet’s get the details. Which room are you in?
Room 204. It started this morning.
Illustrative conversations showing what the agents do.
04 / The founder chapter
2018–2021 · Auto services
I bootstrapped an auto-repair business for Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. From finding the first customers to building a team and running service operations, I owned what happened after the idea.

My biggest lesson: build around what people need, and stay accountable after they buy.
My product compass
Listen to the calls. Watch the handoffs. Find where real people get stuck.
Turn a complicated process into something people can pick up and use.
Ship, learn from adoption, and keep improving the outcome.

A little beyond the work
I’m Aditya. Building Yunay taught me to see the whole business, not just the product. Today I work across AI, SaaS, and PropTech, turning messy workflows into clear products and staying involved from the first idea to the everyday details.
Outside work, there’s usually a badminton match, an AI weekend experiment, a PS5 session, or another idea for my room’s interiors. Making things better seems to follow me home.
Let’s make something useful.
